Yesterday I was in discussion with a professional from the HR industry who also agreed that the term “War” was rather inapropriate for such a “HR” cause.
In my opinion the term “War” has as very negative connotation that doesn’t fit to Human Ressources activities: you can not be at War when you are helping people to find a job or am I wrong?
For me the term “Quest”(a journey towards a goal) is much more matching the aim of HR professionals…
So, from now on, you’ll never hear me saying again “War for Talents” but “Quest for Talents”!!!
